Introduction

Gram Sevak Training Centre Mandore is 12 km away from Jodhpur city as a Panchayat training Centre in Jodhpur division in western Rajasthan. Training Centre is situated on Nagaur National Highway. Initially the State Government established as Extension Training Centre; It was established in Shivganj and Eranpur district Pali in 1955 under the name of Extension training centre. Later, on August 15, 1960, both the above training Centres were transferred and established in Mandore, Jodhpur. From that time onwards the name of these Centres was changed to Gram Sevak Training Centre Mandore. At that time three types of Centres operated at this place.

03. Panchayati Raj Training Centre

Later, under the policy of the state government, the above three Centres were merged into one unit which is currently known as Gram Sevak Training Centre Mandore Jodhpur. The building of the said Centre was constructed in 1960. Partial repair work was done in the year 2004-2005 and 2023-24.

115.18 bighas of land is recorded in the account number 226 of Jamabandi Samvat 2056-59 of Gram Sevak Training Centre and currently 34.19 bighas of land is available in the ownership of Gram Sevak Training Centre Mandore, Jodhpur in which various buildings are constructed in 5.15 bighas, the remaining 29.04 bighas land is lying vacant.
