Panchayat Prashikshan Kendra Kota was established in Yr 2013 in compliance of implementation of Honorable Chief Minister's Budaget Announcement. For this purpose 220 ft X 198 ft (43560 sqft) land has been allotted to Panchayat Prashikshan Kendra Kota.
Panchayat Prashikshan Kendra Kota is establised at division level which comprises of adjoining districts Bundi, Jhalawar, Baran. These 4 districts consists 26 Panchayat sammitties with 826 Gram Panchayats. In PTC Kota Academic Building is constructed with amount of Rs 1.5 crore. It consists of 3 Training halls fully furnished with furniture sound system, and projector, Principal room, male and female toilets with 4 faculty rooms with total constructed area 6273.18 sqft.
A tube well is established at centre for continuous water supply. Full Paeking facility for vehicals are also available at centre.
In Ptc kota a hostel of 6 room is also available with attached late/bath consisting of constructed area 239.18 sqft each room. Beds with bedroll are available in rooms.
The Panchayat Prashikshan center, kota is the only divisional level training center where trainings are being organised to Panchayati Raj Politicians as well as employees. Ptc kota is contributing a large support to recognize knowledge about various aspects regarding PR institutes of State govt and Central govt. At the same time, other deptts like Medical & Health, ICDS, Social welfare, Rajeevika are being benifited time to time for their deptts trainings.
Since the establishment of PTC Kota in the year 2013, the center has organized residential and non residential trainings under RGSA and various other diverse subjects of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department and several other departments
